Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms under which Leontra collects and processes payments for its products and services.

1. General Payment Terms
  • All payments for services provided by Leontra must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the relevant proposal, service agreement, or invoice.
  • Payment obligations are non-cancellable, and fees paid are non-refundable except as otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • UPI-based Payments
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) – as enabled through our payment gateway
  • Cheques – payable to Leontra Technologies Private Limited, subject to clearance

For bank transfer details or offline payment instructions, please refer to your invoice or contact our accounts team.

3. Taxes and Charges
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
  • The client shall be responsible for paying any such taxes, including but not limited to GST (Goods and Services Tax), if applicable.
  • Any banking or transfer charges incurred during the payment process must be borne by the client.
4. Late Payment and Penalties
  • Payments not received by the due date may incur a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount until paid in full.
  • Leontra reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the stipulated time frame.
5. Disputes and Refunds
  • Any billing disputes must be reported in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Leontra will review and resolve disputes promptly.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after approval and will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • Custom software or consulting services are generally non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
6. Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

7. Modifications

Leontra reserves the right to revise this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
