Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks tailored to divisional needs, ensuring consistency with corporate policies and standards.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyse project data, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.Facilitate communication and collaboration between divisional teams and corporate governance bodies, ensuring alignment and transparency.Develop and deliver reports on governance performance metrics to divisional and corporate leadership.• Candidate with 7-8 years of total experience.• Candidate should have exposure in any of governance roles. Have good communication skills, attention to details. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, with the ability to create complex data models and visualizations.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
