This Social Media Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using social media in both official and personal capacities in relation to Leontra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Leontra”). It aims to protect the reputation of the company while enabling responsible digital engagement.

1. Purpose

Leontra recognizes the value of social media as a tool for brand building, marketing, and engagement. This policy ensures that communication across platforms is professional, consistent, secure, and aligned with Leontra’s brand and values.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All official Leontra social media accounts
  • Employees or contractors posting on behalf of Leontra
  • Employees referencing Leontra in personal accounts
  • Agencies or vendors managing our digital platforms
3. Guidelines for Official Use

Employees authorized to manage Leontra’s social accounts must:

  • Post accurate, respectful, and brand-aligned content
  • Maintain confidentiality and avoid disclosing sensitive information
  • Avoid commenting on ongoing legal matters or business negotiations
  • Not engage in debates, harassment, or political commentary
  • Ensure all branding, logos, and messages align with approved company guidelines
  • Respond professionally and escalate concerns when required

All content must comply with applicable copyright, data privacy, and advertising laws.

4. Guidelines for Personal Use

We respect employees’ rights to express themselves on personal social accounts. However, if mentioning Leontra or its work:

  • Add a disclaimer such as: “Views are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.”
  • Do not disclose confidential information or internal processes
  • Do not use Leontra’s name, logo, or trademarks without permission
  • Avoid posting content that could harm the reputation of Leontra, clients, or partners
  • Refrain from engaging in hate speech, offensive comments, or cyberbullying
5. Confidentiality and Data Security

Do not share non-public company information on social media. This includes:

  • Client information or case studies not cleared for public sharing
  • Internal documents, tools, or project strategies
  • Details of ongoing bids, R&D, or software under development

Violation may result in disciplinary or legal action.

6. Crisis and Escalation Protocol

In case of a reputational issue or public backlash:

  • Do not respond publicly without leadership or legal guidance
  • Immediately report incidents to the Marketing or Corporate Communications team
  • Preserve screenshots or digital evidence for review
7. Monitoring and Enforcement

Leontra reserves the right to monitor public-facing posts that reference the company. Non-compliance may result in corrective actions, including access restrictions, warnings, or termination of contract or employment.

8. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to revision as social media practices evolve. Employees will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of social media in relation to Leontra implies acceptance of updated terms.
